Hi, first time poster here and also first attempt on this pairing!
Feedbacks are welcome and appreciated.
Lush greenery, a field of daisies and the warm caress of sun rays. Adding to the perfect picture were two girls, laying admist the grass and observing the clouds as they morphed from one shape to another.
Rukia sideglanced at Orihime, marvelling at how serene the latter looked. Yet she still retained her customary aura of beauty, always permeating into the air whenever she went, no matter what she did, how she looked or act. A trait that defined her as her. Rukia envied this, it was seemingly impossible for her to accomplish such a feat.
Orihime was once again lost in her thoughts, oblivious to the other girl's gaze. Absent-mindedly, Rukia turned towards her and began to play with her luxurious hair, wondering how long. Orange lockes twirled in her fingers, loose ones cascading strand by strand. Fixated in the moment, the sight seemed almost ethereal to her.
To have doubts over one's significance, Orihime would not understand. At times she may have lost some, but there was always someone to be there by her side, guiding her every step. Rukia was not bestowed such privellege.
The fear of being regarded as useless to the world, Orihime would not understand. Her mere friendly, humorous and imaginative nature brought so much vigour to others, no doubt her existence was highly valued to others. Rukia was not bestowed such privellege.
Being alone, Orihime would not understand.
Yet to not understand, was what Rukia wanted.

Orihime was brought out of her stupor by Rukia's gentle tug, but she choose not to ruin the atmosphere and interrupt. She decided to just savour the mysteriously euphoric sensation, provided by Rukia and only Rukia.
The feeling of being a burden too heavy, Rukia would not understand. In fact, she was the one who had always carried others, regardless of appearances and countless signs of human vulnerability. She was indeed so noble, Orihime was not worthy.
To only being able to get out of the way due to not being strong enough, Rukia would not understand. Unlike many, she refused to be rendered helpless and analyzed the situation from many angles until she found an aspect in which she could be made full use of. She was indeed so noble, Orihime was not worthy.
Being alone, Rukia would not understand.
Yet to not understand, was what Orihime wanted.

Many times we attempt to understand, symphatize, but more often than not coming off as being ignorant. An experience of your own was genuinely your own, the same feelings would not be rehearshed, the same history would not be enacted.
On the other hand, ignorance may at times be proved to be useful. To for short periods let go of the world, let go of one's flaws and be in touch with the surrounding beauty.
A couple of minutes passed and Orihime faced Rukia, whom instantly stopped. Her face flushed bright red and was about to defend her random behavior when Orihime smiled faintly, expressing that it was perfectly all right. Rukia smiled back. Warmth radiated between the two and seizing the moment, she leaned in for a kiss.
A kiss so tender and breathtaking, as if it was specially reserved for the two. A kiss of wholesomeness and unity, as if they complimented each other and that was all what mattered.
This kiss, they both understood.
