~Authors note~ This story comes from my imagination, and things other people have read and other books I have written. The characters in these stories are made up, I do not own the last name 'Skywalker' in any sort of way.
Also, I have a little writers block for the title of this story. When you write your reviews, give me your ideas for a better title, and maybe I'll use one of your ideas. ^_^

The Pain of Death

Her hands were covered with blood, along with her Jedi uniform that she wore. Not her own blood. Her parents blood. She had come home from training in the Falls with her older brother, Rei, and found them dead on the floor. She had started to walk to their bodies to see if they were really dead, but heard an evil, sinister laugh, and stopped in her tracks. Rei had said that he'd be home in a few minutes.

Their cabin was in the Falls, on a planet called Bob. It had a waterfall, and a pond, and a forest that went on for miles and miles. It seemed like it touched the tip of the golden circle in the sky.

Danielle, Danny for short, stood looking at the man in awe. He was tall, much bigger than herself, and wore a black cape, and had dark, evil-looking eyes. The fifteen, nearly sixteen, year old girl saw the double-bladed light saber, and instantly knew what he was. Who he was, was the question.

"Who are you? What do you want?" She had asked.

"I am the Sith Emperor Darth Zool. You, young one, are what I want," The man had answered. Danny backed up.

"Get away from my sister, scum," She had heard a voice say from behind. She had to smile. She turned, and saw Rei there, standing tall with brown hair and deep blue eyes. In his hand he had held his fathers light staff.

The man looked between the two. He then looked at Danny. "I will get you, Princess. And you will help me become the most powerful Sith in the universe!" The man had yelled. With that, he disappeared within a flash of light.

Danny now sat by her parents bodies, tears rolling down her cheeks. She didn't know why this had happened. But she would find out.
Rei stood near her, no expression on his face. Danny stood up, looking at him.

"Rei...?" She said. They looked at each other, into each others deep blue eyes. Suddenly, Rei took her into a hug, and tears began to poor down her cheeks. She looked up at him. "What are we going to do, Rei? We're all alone now," She asked.

"We're not alone, Danny. We have each other, and that's all we need," Rei answered. She laid her head back down on his chest, still hugging him, and let the last few tears fall from her eyes. Rei rubbed her back, and they stood there for what seemed to be a millennia, but was really only a minute.

Days, and weeks, and months soon passed. Danny was almost seventeen years old, and couldn't wait. She and Rei had been living in the cabin since their parents deaths, and had been very careful of the Sith that had killed their parents.

One day, Danny stood on top of the Falls, looking out at the sunset. She thought of her parents. What could they have done to the Sith that they had to die? She wondered. I will become a Jedi, Mother, Father. And I will find the man who killed you and make them suffer the way you did. I promise, She thought. She knew her parents couldn't hear her, but she thought it anyway.

She turned when she felt a hand on her shoulder, and looked up into deep eyes belonging to Rei. She then turned and looked back out at the sunset, and together, not only as brother and sister, not only as friends, but as the only two left in the Kisaragi family, they watched the sunset go down.
