I wrote a line that didn't quite fit with my fic, but I loved it.
I wanted to write a fic based on it.
And Otto in "Skeleton King" just fit.

He felt every muscle and circuit, but he couldn't control any of it. He twitched like the others, trying to gain some kind of control over his own body.
His thoughts turned to Gibson and Chiro. Were they really gone?
And down they went. Down to the dungeon, unknowing of what torment Mandarin had planned for them.
Formless spiders snatched them up and fastened them each to webs and they waited.
Their twitching slowly stopped collectively as they all gave up of fighting against the control the bugs on their heads had over their muscles.
Otto tried to focus on Sprx's lines, but his thoughts turned towards his lost leader and friend.
They were dead weren't they? They weren't coming back were they? Skeleton King had won hadn't he?
Then Mandarin came in. He exchanged banter with some of the team, but Otto didn't pay too much mind, he was too upset.
Then the tentacles came down and everything suddenly got real. There were bugs connected to their brains that Mandarin had control of. Who knew how bad this was.
"Uh oh." Otto said as his attached.
Antauri tried in vain to stop Mandarin before he started, but Mandarin shrugged it off and segwayed into the torture.
The pain was so startling.
Thoughts were literally being forced into his head.
It was painful to try and keep them out. It was painful to try and fight them. It was painful to think about anything else. The only relief there was, was to let them into your head.
Otto fought it and fought it. He lasted as long as he could against the agony, but he just couldn't take it, he needed a break.
In a blink of an eye this weakness was exploded. The evil power made quick work of his mind. Down he went. He could feel anything. Everything was just so hazy. He forgot where he was and what was happening. He forgot he was supposed to be fighting something.
The screams of his friends were drowned out by the haziness.
His voice spoke, though he didn't tell it to.
His friends were talking, but he could make it out.
"Chiro will be here soon."
Chiro! Was Chiro alright?
"Chiro?" Otto asked, shrugging off his haziness. "He's coming for us?"
"You cling to a memory" Mandarin taunted "The only thing you have coming is more anguish!"
Then the pain started again. Otto held onto the thought of Chiro. Using the hope to help him fight.
Well I didn't use the line, but I like how this came out.
