This is an idea that I like. About Kiara and Kovu and their friends. I thought I'd do this but I like doing twists so here's a typical Lion King story with a twist. Enjoy and I know I have too many stories at the moment.

The Lion King Presents: The Clock Strikes You Dead

Chapter 1: Strange Happenings

It was a couple of months after things had changed for the Pridelands. Zira was gone and the Outlanders were now one of the goodies. Things had been normal and perfect since that day had happened. But one day things changed for the worst...

The day it happened started out as all days did. The sun rose over the large jutted rock that they called home. Everyone awoke and the day was bouncy and cheery. But as the day grew into night, a animal died. Just like that, on the spot.

Not only that but on every hour of the day somebody died. Rafiki was called in but not even he could solve the problem. Simba knew no one was safe and tried consulting the Kings but as usual no answer. Rafiki promised he would try and get an answer from the Kings but it was not garanteed. The next hour was approaching and everyone was dreading that it was going to be them.

Twenty minutes later, the clock did indeed strike the next hour. Not literally but it certently did in their minds. A scream was heard and the rushing to the scene was devestating. It was Hena, a mother of three cubs. Hena was the first lioness to die but she was certenly not the last to die from this hourly killer...

Before the next hour, Rafiki came and told everyone that there was no word or sign from the Kings. But he had given them a shimmer of hope by saying that it might be the rare disease of 'Clock Strikes'. Nala looked worried.

After Rafiki had left and Hena had been buried, Nala approached Simba with a worried look.

"Simba", she began. "I don't think our Pride and herds can take this freak disease. What if Kiara dies?".

"Nala I know. But I can't do anything and neither can you", Simba said.

The only thing that they could do was leave but where would they go and what dangers would lie ahead...

Thank you for reading. I enjoyed writing this soooo much!
