It was early on a Saturday morning. Suzanne Harker was busy trying to find the perfect outfit to wear for that evening. So busy that she didn't notice the huge black crow that had been watching her all morning, had flown in through the window, and perched on the back of the chair. The sun was gleaming in its black feathers in such a way that all the colours of the rainbow shone on the back of its neck. As Suzanne pulled off the blood red dress that flowed down to the floor, the crow examined all the curves in her body, as if he could see right down to her bright and excellent soul. It took all the energy he had to turn away and fly back out the window. But Suzanne rushed around trying on more and more outfits, becoming more and more agitated. For, that was special; it was the night she was going to ask Will Simmons to the homecoming dance. If he said yes, her whole world up until now had been pretty perfect, but if he said yes, all that would be put behind her. But before that, she had to go to a pool party in Hillingham, America. Her rich friend's, Lucy and Tyler Smallwood, had invited her. America's richest aristocrats had hosted many a party like this before. As she climbed into her 4x4, her phone started to ring in the bottom of her purse. It was Tyler.

"Tyler?"

"No silly, it's Lucy. I was just wondering whether you were actually planning to show your face at my party at all."

"Oh yes, Lucy I'm so very sorry, I just had to choose something to wear for this evening. Is will there yet?"

"Why yes he is, he is sat flirting with Beth Van Dyke, and that's what you get for not being first here. Suzanne take this seriously, NO don't laugh, you are my best friend and first you arrive late then you lau—"

Before Lucy could finish what she was saying, Suzanne's phone battery went dead. She felt a cold breeze to the right of her and she turned her head slowly and saw that the window was open and there was a note on the passenger seat that read: 'HURRY UP SLOW COACH YOUR GOING TO MISS ALL THE FUN.' She ripped it up and threw it out of the window and sped down the drive to Hillingham. When she arrived on the scene it was quiet, because everybody was flocking to the pool apart from the quiet people who Suzanne could not wait to associate with in that group was, Will Simmons, Tristan Carrut, Gregory Baines, Beth Van Dyke, Alaric Saltzman, Matt Honeycutt, Bonnie McCullough, Vickie Bennett. Only Vickie was stood there staring into the blackness... and then she started to undo her jacket, and took her shoes off, and in the short time span of five minutes she was managing to pull the biggest, weirdest striptease in the whole of America.
