Hey guys~ I got in a mood to write a random oneshot, so I figured I'd try something for Star Driver! As popular as it is it kinda lacks in fics ahaha~ And tehehe, honorifics~

Prompt: Friendship

Disclaimer: I do not own Star Driver Kagayaki no Takuto

Takuto sighed to himself. Today he had only intended to relax, but had instead been dragged anywhere and everywhere by everyone. After escaping his current pursuers, he laid silently on the grass.

Upon waking up, he had received a phone call from Kanako Watanabe, sometimes known as Slutanabe. She had asked (Takuto would say forced) him to go on a date with her. Her threatening words left no room for rejection as he was forced to get ready to go out.

It had lasted a few hectic hours, everything happening on her sudden whims. And then ended with a forced "kiss-through-the-glass".

Immediately after leaving the cafe they had been at, he had run into Mizuno. She had been looking for a gift for someone and after some light conversation asked if he would help her pick something out. Reluctantly, he had agreed again.

Once he had finished helping Mizuno pick a gift out, the Club President had called him, saying she had something to discuss with him about a play she was working on.

After having spent a good 6 or 7 hours with several girls from the school, all on a sudden occasion, Takuto was worn out. As he sat on the grass gazing at the clouds, he could only hope no one else would bother him for the day.

"If Zero Time is activated, I might end up hurting someone in that Crusade." He sighed to himself and closed his eyes.

"Long day?" A voice asked above him. He looked up to see Sugata and Wako smiling down at him.

"You could say that." He smiled lazily up at them as he answered.

They took a seat on either side of him and joined him in looking up at the sky.

"Hey, Takuto-kun, Sugata-kun, doesn't that cloud almost look like a star?" Wako pointed straight above them.

"Yeah, like a star trying to shine all on its own."

"It's like you when you pilot Tauburn, shining all on your own, Takuto-kun."

"Except Takuto shines brighter than that cloud."

Takuto looked back and forth to both Wako and Sugata and smiled. Without the two people next to him, he wouldn't shine nearly as bright as he did now.

He closed his eyes once more as he relaxed into the sunset with his irreplaceable friends.
