For Just One Night by HPFangirl71

He was watching him again. Yes, Harry Potter had been following him, watching him, and wondering about him. Draco liked how it felt to have the "Chosen One" so caught up in him. It made him feel powerful. It also made him feel something else, he hated to admit. It was a feeling he'd only felt around Pansy, which he no longer felt for her anymore. He knew it was wrong to desire Potter's attentions but he couldn't seem to help himself.

Harry's obsession of him made him feel alive, more alive than his secret mission for the Dark Lord. A mission that only made him feel anxiously desperate. He was failing. With that sort of failure came a sort of hysteric paranoia. This hysteria had led him to believe that Potter might also desire him too. He consoled himself with that thought. The thought that someone actually cared for him and wanted him gave him hope. He knew it was near impossible that Potter would feel this way but he had to take the chance.

He let him follow him to the room of requirement, just like any other night. Tonite would be so very different. Tonite he let Potter get in. The look of surprise on Potter's face at finding his way into the forbidden room made Draco smirk. He wasn't sure what Potter had expected to find but he was quite certain he hadn't expected the romantic bedroom that appeared before his eyes.

"What the hell is this Malfoy? What are you up to here?" he demanded

"Why the seduction of the famous "Chosen One"." he whispered in a sensual voice.

"Well it won't work Malfoy, so you can go back and tell Voldemort you've failed." Harry said with sarcasm dripping from his voice.

"Look Potter, this isn't a joke. I know you can feel it just as well as I do. Neither of us seems able to tear himself from the other this year. We're somehow connected, there's no need to fight it."

"We're enemies Malfoy, nothing more. That's our only connection." Harry retorted. He said it to convince himself as much as Malfoy.

Potter turned to leave the room but Draco grabbed his wrist, pulling him into his embrace. His lips crashed down on those of the man he'd long been told was the enemy. He breathed in the man's taste, scent, and feel. He drank in the heat of his body pressed against his. He felt a hunger that only fueled him to deepen the kiss, his tongue forcefully invading Harry's mouth. He wanted Harry more than he'd ever dreamed it possible to want anything or anyone. He couldn't let him go without a fight. He broke the kiss and looked straight into the shocked stare of Harry's green orbs.

"All I'm asking for is one night together. Just you and me. All alone. And if you can honestly say you don't feel anything for me after that night, I will finally let you go."

Harry looked into desperate grey eyes, eyes he had once thought cold and calculating. Those eyes now filled with such heat and desire that he felt himself being magically drawn in. He couldn't deny having thought of him and Draco in such a way, never daring to think Draco might return his devious desires. He wanted it enough to suddenly return the devilish blonde's kisses. All the bitterness and hate was slowly seeping away, replaced with an intense lust that was emanating from them both. He knew somehow he'd regret this evening but he pushed the negative feelings deep within. After all, just one night couldn't hurt that much.
