The Lost one Chapter 3

Several years later...

"Hi-YA!" Kari striked a kick at her sister, causing Karai to lose her balance.

"Great job Kari! Father is going to be real proud!" Karai said, smiling. Five years ago the two sisters and their father had decided to come to New York, for purposes. Their father had gained more recruits, he had also gained more money, strength and power. While the two sisters had gained skill, strength, and beauty. But now, since they are teenagers they have their responsibility, looking out for one another.

"I just can't wait until we can actually kick some real butt!" Kari said excitingly. Her black hair had grown longer, all the way to her hips, while Karai's stayed short.

"Actually I think we can do that tonight!" Karai said joyfully, the two sisters wanted to fight someone besides each other and their father.

"Maybe father will let us battle those four creatures he's been talking about?!" Kari said in her sweet voice.

"Maybe, Father said even Hun and the purple dragons couldn't take them out." Karai replied.

"Well, we're stronger, and braver! We can take them out, just you and me." Kari said, hugging her sister.

"Okay, maybe later, right now I want to go get a book from our library," Karai said, patting her sister's shoulder.

"You can do that, I'm gonna get some fresh air," Kari said.

"Don't pull anything," Karai told her sister as she ran out of the training room.

"I won't!" Kari yelled back, she could take care of herself if someone attacked her. The long black-haired girl soon found herself walking along with a bunch of other people on the pavement. All of them were buzzing around and talking on their cell phones. Kari then spotted a high building, perfect place for a work out.

"Wow, the city's beautiful from up here!" Kari said, when she was on the roof of the building. Then she felt someones presence behind her, on top of a rooftop no way unless, Kari thought to herself.

"Huh, no one, probably my imagination." Kari turned around, then started walking back until her body hit something.

"Look, what we have here." A male voice said, Kari turned around and saw a blue masked mutant turtle. She backed up and got her fists out in front of her.

"I'm not afraid of you." She said.

"Good, so if I beat you, you won't be surprised." The mutant turtle said sarcastically drawing out one of his katanna swords.

"In your dreams," Kari rolled her eyes, she could beat him, this was a piece of cake, right? The mutant charged striking a move at her waist, Kari dodged the move. She tried kicking him, but he caught her leg and threw her down, not that hard though.

"Next time don't underestimate my dreams." The mutant turtle said. Kari groaned, what an idiot, she wasn't going to let him go this easily.

"You got me once but never again!" She yelled as she got up and ran towards him. The mutant had already slid his katanna in so he could only attack or dodge now.

"Tell me, you don't work for the shredder, right?" The turtle asked, catching her foot in his hands.

"Actually yes. Why, you wanna sign in for a role?" Kari joked, kicking him with her other leg, causing her to do a backwards cartwheel.

"No, It's just sad how people fall for his tricks." The mutant turtle said. He struck a nerve Kari felt so mad, how could he say such a thing? Her father was kind-hearted.

"How dare you!" Kari raced towards the mutant ready to blow. Until, he got her wrists and pushed her against the shed.

"Let me go!" Kari demanded, then her blue eyes stopped at the mutant turtle. He then noticed the position they were at and let her go, he then jumped off of the building rooftop.
