A/N: So, since I've decided that the John/Leesie couple name is "Josie," and also because of my love for the Blink-182 song of the same name, I'm beginning a series of drabbles, each inspired by a line of the song. The third isn't my best work…however, I like the fourth. Do kindly review and let me know which is your favorite. ^-^

"yeah, my girlfriend takes me home when i'm too drunk to drive"

When Leesie spoke, her disappointment was plain.

"John, you promised you wouldn't get drunk tonight."

"I'm not drunk," he slurred.

She rolled her eyes with a sigh.

"C'mon, we're going home."

"Oh? Can we use the--"

She covered his mouth with her hand.

"No sex tonight. You're going to go to bed and sleep this off. I'll have Randy bring the 'Stang over later."

"I'm not leaving my baby."

"Yes, you are. Keys."

"Baby--"

"Keys," she repeated firmly.

He glared stubbornly. She pulled the keys from his pocket and handed them to Randy.

"Take care of it."

"But--"

"I'm driving."

"and she doesn't get all jealous when i hang out with the guys"

"You sure you want me to go?" John asked, frowning.

"Yeah. It's fine."

The couple were in Tampa for a weeklong break from the harsh Chicago winter. Adam Copeland was throwing a party, guys-only, for the hockey game that nigh, and John was conflicted.

"You're sure? I know you were looking forward to us spending time together, but…"

"Awww. No, seriously. Go."

"I mean, I do see them all the time, and--"

"Baby," she said, shaking her head with a smile. "Go hang with the boys."

He kissed her.

"You're the best. Love you."

"Same. Now go; you'll be late."

"she laughs at my dumb jokes when no one does"

"Commentary. Wow, Steph, that's going to be so much fun…" deadpanned the Cena on-screen.

Leesie collapsed into a fit of giggles. However, she was the only one in the room laughing.

"Lees, it's not that funny," Rynne said, rolling her eyes.

"It's not funny at all," Becky amended.

"Are you kidding? Sarcasm is always funny," Leesie insisted.

"The only thing amusing about that was your monkey's face."

"Hey, I tried…"

"And failed."

"It's okay, babes, I think you're hilarious."

The bassist smiled and wrapped an arm around her boyfriend's neck. He smirked smugly.

"Thanks. At least someone appreciates my humor."

"she brings me mexican food from sombrero's just because"

"John!" she sang as she entered. "I'm home!"

It was then she spotted him half-asleep in the recliner. She crossed the room, and he looked up, a sleepy smile tugging at his lips.

"Sorry I'm late, babes; we had dinner, and I totally forgot to call…"

He yawned.

"It's okay. Did you have fun?"

"I did. I bought a new pair of Vans…"

"Of course you did. Where'd you eat?"

"Sombrero's. I brought you some."

She set the bag in his lap.

"Thanks…what do I owe you?"

"Nothing. I wanted to."

"Why?"

She leaned over and kissed him.

"Just because."
