Chuck bass never thought he would have to endure the torment of asking Blair Waldorf to marry him. But that was when he didn't believe in love. Nowadays being head over heels in love he knew he would have to ask those four words. Will you marry me?She is the one, there is no doubt about that ever. Chuck would have been happy to just be "Chuck and Blair. Blair and Chuck" but as Blair would normally state when she stared in the window of the Vera Wang shop "I am a Waldorf and Waldorf's all get married in style. "Or when she stared in the window of tiffany's, drinking a coffee and having a croissant of course just like in Breakfast at tiffany's "I am a Waldorf and Waldorf's all marry for love"
Chuck brought the ring she stared at for weeks in the window. He had it engraved. That was all three weeks ago. Was asking at dinner to cheesy? Should he have asked her asked? Did he even have to ask her father? And the biggest question of all Would she say yes? Chucks heart thudded in his chest and he stood up when he heard the door close behind her. Blair looks radiant with her brown curls and even browner eyes. As she placed her bags from Barney's on the ground she speaks.
"What's wrong with you?" Blair hasn't even looked his way and she can already read him like a book.
"I-I- was just...Nothing is wrong with me. But I did miss your company in bed this afternoon." Chuck smirks and Blair smirks.
But as soon as Chuck makes eye contact with her he is back to reality. The little box in his pocket feels so heavy like its weighing him down. He can't even walk forward.
Blair strides up to chuck and wraps her arms around his waist. But when Chuck just stands there weakly Blair lets go of him.
Blair speaks slowly but surely. "What have I done?"
Chuck takes his hands and brushes her curls away from her cheeks. He stares into her eyes and lets her stare into his.
"Will you marry me Blair?"
Chuck had never seen this side of Blair. She jumped up and down, giggled with joy and threw herself all over Chuck.
"Yes! Yes! Yes!"
And she hadn't even seen the ring yet.
Who said asking Blair Waldorf to marry them was hard?
