Hello. I'm experimenting with this. I had a great idea for it in my head and it just turned out to be the actual DW episode in 1st person. The original plan was to do this for every episode. Let's see how this one goes first... Please review it and tell me your thoughts. If you don't like it, that's fine! Critisising helps more than praising.Enjoy! xx

Graham's Story

It was a day that was both amazing and heatbreaking. It was a day the changed my life, for better and for worse. It started just as any day would start. I woke up next to my beautiful wife, Grace, and she'd make an amazing fry-up. We'd watch the morning news as usual. I even helped Grace tidy the house. Everything was the same. Grace was determined to help her grandson Ryan to ride a bike. You might be wondering how he hasn't learnt to ride a bike and he's 19. Ryan has a condition called Dispraxia which effects his coordination. Every 2 weeks we take the train and let him practice up in the hills. But today, he got so frustrated that he threw his bike off the side of the hill! Grace was fuming inside. I send Ryan to get the bike while me and Grace went to our train. It was a normal train ride. There was only 3 people in my carriage.

The other bloke there was a yoyng lad on his way to work. All of a sudden there was a crash. The train suddenly stopped, causing us to fall out our seats. Everything went dark. We were very confused. Grace - the little devil she was - went to have a look. All the people were running away and telling her to get iff the train. But we couldn't; the doors mysteriously locked and we were left in the dark, scared and confused.

There was a strange noise and a light coming from further down the train. It sounded like it was coming for us. What it was we had no idea. A killer? A terrorist? But we had no time to think about that. We needed a way out - and fast. The door burst open and a floating, wirey creature emerged from the darkness. It slithered towards us, the hairs on the back of our spines raising in fear. The carriage floor was sprinkled in glass and the strange glow from the creature enhanced the shadows, making the whole scene like one off a horror film. But then we heard a scream. It was a woman. It wasn't a pained shriek, it was more like one you would scream if you were on a rollercoaster. It got louder and louder. We got worried. Where was she? Was she in danger? Did the creature hurt her? The suddenly, a figure pierced through the roof of the train. The woman we heard stood up. She had blonde hair and tatty black clothing. How she wasn't hurt I have no idea but she seemed she know what was going on as soon as she saw the creature. After that, everything seemed a blur. The woman grabbed a cable from the train and managed to flatten the creature. She saved us. I was in total awe of this incredible person. She fell out the sky and killed the creature that was trying to kill us! Or so I thought. The wirey thing grew tall again. But, the woman wasn't scared. Instead of cowering in the corner like us, she talked to it like it was human! I was in shock. It was like she had done this before. She didn't make the creature angry, she calmed it in a way.

Ryan and a police officer came running into the carriage. The creature must've as it zapped us all. It felt like an injection but no blood came out. Luckily, Ryan scared the creature off and it flew out of the hole the blonde woman made earlier. I felt relieved. Me and Grace hugged. What just happened? The woman came back and started talking nonesense. She said something like a Tardis or something ridiculous. Somehow, Ryan thought it was an alien. I thought he must've been crazy to believe that. Aliens in Sheffield? Then the woman claimed SHE was an alien! I just felt like I needed to go home. But obviously Grace wouldn't let me. Ryan said he had saw something else out of the ordinary. So the police officer took us to the woods where Ryan's bike was. The only thing I saw interesting was Ryan's bright red bike up in the tree. But the blonde woman insisted there was something unordinary about the woods. She wanted us to investigate. I'm a retired bus driver and I always say that if you wanna know anything ask a bus driver! It's true!
