AN: Takes place sometime in the future.
The plane flew through the night sky, the stars were out and you felt like you could actually touch them, the plane's destination was just one hour away.
In the fourth row a blond woman, with clear blue eyes sat quietly, her eyes staring out the window. She looked like any other woman in her early twenties. No one who looked at her had any clue to the conflict of emotions that were churning with in her.
Soon she would be at the airport and would get off the plane.
He would be waiting for her.
The man she loved for as long as she could remember, three years ago it had ended. Neither of them had wanted it that way, but life and circumstances had pulled them apart.
She had tried to move on, so had he. They both dated others but no one could compare and their anguish at being apart grew. She had plenty to be happy about, she was fast becoming a famous surfing champion; little girls told her she was their idle.
His career was with a motorcycle and he was idolized as well, but the girls he didn't notice. Three weeks ago she couldn't take it anymore and wrote him by email. Within an hour he had responded.
Now here she was, on a plane about to be reunited with him. Like her best friend had told her, true love can't be suppressed.
Just then the pilot's voice came, we'll be landing at LAX in a few minutes, and please put your seats back in their upright positions and we hope you enjoyed your flight.
The woman laughed; she had barely been aware of it. She had practically been in alternate universe. Soon the plane landed and she hurried into the terminal, searching for her beloved.
"Tori!" His voice rang out and he hurried toward her. Tori embraced him, "Tori, I missed you so much."
She looked into his eyes, hers shining with love.
"I missed you Dustin."
