Random word: diary
It was quiet in the house. Alvin and Brittany were out shopping for clothes for the boys' birthday party in a few days, Theo and Ellie were baking in the kitchen which left Simon and Jeanette alone in their bedroom studying for an upcoming maths exam. They were talking about school and other stuff when Jeanette decided she needed the bathroom.
Simon was left alone in the room and it was awfully quiet. He noticed a book lying under Jeanette's bed-side cabinet and went to go put it back in its respectful place on the bookshelf but while doing so, he dropped it and it opened to a random page. The page read:
'Dear diary,
Today has been a quiet day; only me and Eleanor have been in the house. Alvin, Theodore and Simon have been out shopping for their party in a few weeks with Brittany. I had a dream about Simon the other day. I quite enjoyed it! In my dream I was walking through a park in the evening while the sun was going down when I noticed a figure standing not so far away. I walked over to him and immediately noticed that he was looking at me. He was tall (well for a chipmunk anyway) and quite handsome. He had grey-ish blue eyes and glasses on. I recognised him as Simon. I have always had a HUGE crush on Simon. Ever since I first met him in school. I definitely believe I love in first sight after that. I mean, he is brave, smart and funny! How could I not fall head over heels for him? Im not sure if he likes me like that though. Anyway, when I walked over he took my hand and lead me into the forest surrounding us. There were lots of trees where we finally stopped. He helped me into a large oak tree where we sat for a little while just thinking. Then the unexpected happened: he kissed me! It was slow and light at first but then became more passionate. His lips tasted sweet like strawberries. It seemed to last forever and I loved every minute of it! I would like to do it again! But as soon as things heated up… I woke up.
I would love it if that happened. But I know that he doesn't like me in that way.
Maybe one day…
Lots of love Jeanette. Xxx'
Simon couldn't believe it. The love of his life had feelings for him! It was so amazi-
But then the door opened. Reviling a very upset looking Jeanette.
"HOW DARE YOU!" she screamed running over and snatching the blue and purple book out of a bewildered looking Simons hands.
"Jeanette i-"
"I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST YOU! Why did you do it?" she asked in between sobs.
Simon diddn't know what to say; he had never been in this situation! He just stood there and watched her cry.
"Jeanette I can explain! I was just reading the notes that we made for the exam when I saw the book on the floor, so I was going to return it to the bookshelf when I tripped and dropped it," he said making wild hand gestures. "It opened to a random page two weeks ago and I read the page."
"What did it *sniff* say?" she asked.
"It was about a dream that you had."
She gasped, her hand flying to her mouth remembering what that dream was about.
"Simon i-"she was interrupted by Simon's mouth crashing to hers. She was shocked but soon relaxed into it and started kissing back. Simons tongue entered her mouth and she moaned-
But suddenly the door opened to see Theodore walking in backwards holding some cookery books that were soon dropped as he turned around and saw the kissing couple. He stood open mouthed gasping in shock and started talking saying "eww gross! Urg get a room!"
"If you cant stand the heat, then get out of the kitchen." Jeanette said, sliding her paw into Simons.
"Outta the kitchen… right… I'll… just…erm… go!" he said running down the stairs to go tell Dave everything that he had just seen.
They stood laughing for about five minutes before…
"SIIIIIMOOONNNNN!"
