In the quite moonlighting of a summer's night a strange figure raced through the forest that it had found itself in. It stopped for moment and with heavy breathing it looked around. Once the figure saw nothing but the forest around it the creature leaned up against a tree and sat down. The creature sat there for some time catching its breath, relaxing within the peaceful surrounds of the forest.

"His tracks lead this way."

The sounding voice broke the peace as the figure tensed and sprinted from the voice that followed it. The fear the creature had propelled it forward desperate to get away from its pursuers. In its desperate need to get away the creature nearly fell of a cliff if it hadn't catch hold of a tree leaning over it. The creature whined as it clung to the tree looking down at the raging river below. Suddenly a blinding light cast itself upon the tree making the creature raise its hands to its face to shield it eyes. It quickly climbed the small tree in an attempt to get farther away from the light.

"NEGRA," A burly man in his forties shouted. He held a whip in one hand and a metal caller on a chain in another and was dressed in a ring leader out fit.

"Come out Negra who have no where else to go," The man said, "So why don't you come back with us."

The creature known as Negra didn't move his spot knowing full what is to come if he went back with the man. He didn't want to go back to that fearful place. He just wants to be left alone.

"NEGRA COME OUT HERE NOW," The man shouted but still no answer nor did Negra come out of hiding, "Very well then, Zin, Din."

The man was soon joined by two female snake-like creatures.

"Yesssssss," They hissed.

"Go in and get him out we don't have all night," he ordered.

With a nod from both of them they burst forward. Negra saw them coming and looked for a way out but with a large canyon behind him, a raging river below, and Zin and Din coming at him at there were none. He whimpered as the have human, half snake ladies climbed up the tree and weaved through the branches. Negra back up until he was at the top hanging over the ravine.

"Now Negra there is nothing to fear," Din said.

"Yes we just want you to come back to the circus," Zin agreed.

Negra shake his head no and even so he wanted to go back further he knew he couldn't for he had reached the edge. He panicked as the two drew near but suddenly the tree broke due to the weight forced upon it. Zin and Din were able to hold on due to their lower half being snakes but Negra was not as lucky for he plunged into the river below. He tried to stay afloat to keep his head above water but the strength of the current was too much for him and soon pulled under the waves. The current took Negra far from his pursuers to unknown places.
