When Larry had started bringing in snacks to share with the museum exhibits he was closest with, he noticed the majority of them had no preference on the type of food they ate. Sweet, savoury, sour, they all enjoyed the different flavours on their tongues.

Except for Ahkmenrah. Obviously he enjoyed the broad spectrum of foods that were on offer, but he preferred the sweeter cakes and cookies over the savoury meats and pizzas.

He had a sweet tooth, that much was obvious to everyone, but it was mostly because he wasn't allowed many sweet things when he was a child - which was almost his entire life.

So, whenever he saw something sweet - filled with sugar - his mouth would almost water in desire.

The night guard always made sure something sweet was included in the snacks he brought in, because he knew that it was the Pharaoh's favourite.

And the sweet kiss that Ahkmenrah gave him one night whilst on a sugar high - nearly bouncing off the walls - was literally that; Larry could taste the sugar - almost pure - when the Egyptian deepened the kiss, and whilst it was almost overwhelming, he knew he had also developed a sweet tooth. But only if Ahkmenrah was sharing.
