Chapter 1. The Intro

A wine filled glass slipped from fingertips dropping loudly to the floor below in a shattered crystal mess at her barefeet. Galadriel became wide eyed and unmoving as she felt a unknown presence enter the land. Celeborn immediately appeared at Galadriel's side in swiftness placing a hand upon her back. He sensed something, but what he could not see. His stunning eyes gazed at the concern upon her pale face, "My Love? What is it?"

Not hearing her what husband had spoken Galadriel closed sparkling blue orbs and silently spoke nervously into the Marchwarden's mind who was away at the border, "Haldir, I need you to please head east immediately. Unexpected company has entered just east of the golden flower trail. Beware, the beast that has entered this land with our guest is friendly. Bring them to me."

At The Border high upon a hidden flet in the tree, the Marchwarden had been preparing for a return back at first light. Her voice startled him as he was not expecting to hear from the Lady Galadriel this afternoon. Lifting his chin, head tilted as Haldir paused to listen to the Lady speak to him. His body straightened to full height after her words and he nodded as if she could see him "Yes Milady. It would be my pleasure. "

Just in perfect timing Haldir's brother Orophin climbed up to the flet to get lembas bread. Haldir motioned, "Come, we now have visitors who just crossed into our lands up ahead." Climbing down Haldir whistled out an alarming code so the other elves would urgently follow his lead without question.

Entering Lothlorien was a dark chocolate color haired elleth riding awkwardly on the back of the big bear form to keep off of a now fractured ankle. Body swayed side to side as she tried keeping her tired green eyes open.

Beorn's beast could sense the careless hold of the elleth but pressed on into the unpredictable Lorien elves territory with drooling snarls. Not long his senses were overly heightened. Beorn stopped walking feeling sharp eyes piercing upon him. They were no longer alone. Black eyes narrowed searching the enchanting golden woods with twists of the head side to side as vicious sharp teeth snapped in warning for elves to stay back.

How will the Lorien elves respond?
