In the years following the last events of Silent Hill Homecoming Silent Hill it became its most erratic and destructive. Although none of the Order, the maniacs that survived Silent Hill could explain it, the town itself set up a new way of putting itself in some form of security. From the events of the past two pyramid heads killing themselves had left a huge power in that building for the taking. So the town took the soul of the current Pyramid Head and the souls of the past Pyramid Heads and made them into one. The result being a creature of such evil and power that the darkness of Silent Hill receded when this new "King" Pyramid Head so told it. This new being also became what the Order worshiped in place of its old gods. In exchange for this new worship KPH left the town peaceful and made the darkness go away. But what happened to the darkness that had for so long haunted Silent Hill? The very thing that made the lives of people so miserable and decayed? Simple; It decided by itself that this could not be tolerated. This decision resulted in a war against the darkness of Silent Hill and the Pyramid Heads, which had seemed to multiply to an armies worth of them. So you may think that now the people of Silent Hill would be dead from monsters and Pyramid Heads, but some survived and fled from the town as best they could. The darkness did not give up though. It had seen what the people of the outside world could do with their limited powers in the town. So it decided to call in reinforcements for this war. People of the outside world who would be able to help destroy King Pyramid Head and the others for the darkness. Or destroy the darkness for good and leave King Pyramid Head in control. This is where our story begins. In the darkness of a Tuesday night in New York City, inside a small apartment complex where our soon to be reinforcement of the Darkness would be found. All starting with a RING RING RING RING RING RING.
