Chapter 1: Listen to me. Yamato's point of view.
I come home from school, as usual i find four empty walls and a place devoid of love waiting for me. The usual note from Dad is waiting on the counter, so i pick it up and throw it in the trash, and I take the twenty he left me and i leave my boring adobe. As the chill of the autumn air hits my bare arms i decide to make my way to Taichi's.
With nothing better to do
No one to come home to
I woefully conclude

I knock on Taichi's oaken door, Hikari answers it as usual, Tai is to lazy to do it.
"Hi Kari how are you?" I ask "I'm good, my brother is in his room , if you can find him in that mess" Hikari responds.
"Thanks Kari, you take care of yourself" I say as i walk to Tai's room.
Sifting my way though the mess i sit across from Tai on his chair. "hi Tai whats up " "not much here just trying to find a cd i lost"
My eyes flash as i ask "was it my Cd that I loaned you, the one you said you would take care of?"
Taichi's chocalate eyes lower and avoid me and he responds "yes it was"
In an instant my fist connected with his face and i didnt stop till Kari threw me out the door, man she is stronger then she looks.
My thoughts race as i walk home, i'm too tense i think, maybe i should apogize and tell Tai how i really feel but then he will hate me even more. I love him. Why do i love him? He's sweet, hopefull , cute as hell , pateint and he is one of the few ppl I knew that can put up with my mood swings.

I turn and watch back towards Tai's house and then i spot him coming toward me, a pained look on his face.
"Yamato, wait i found your Cd its fine he says " his patientce with me is amazing.
"I'm sorry i got mad ,Tai, I've just been really worried about something" I say.
"Yama you know I'm here if you want to talk" He knows I need to talks so we walk to the park
At the park we talked and i confessed my feelings , he said he has loved me for a while too.
"Thank you Tai and I am so sorry i hit you"
"its okay " my Love reply, but i place a tender kiss over the bruise that my fist left.
