For the past thousands of years he had had many lovers, those of noble birth, royalty even, and warriors. In the past century he had had many female lovers, with whom he brought many Half-Bloods into the world with. For him, everything was perfect, he was attractive, a god, and could have anything he wanted, except for one person…

Yes, Apollo was in love with the son of Poseidon, God of the Sea. How this attraction came to be is still a mystery to him, but for the past few weeks he just couldn't get the boy out of his mind, His bright blue eyes were casted into his dreams, his smooth pink lips, the smile he always wore, the scent of the sea on him, it drove the God of Music and Poetry insane.
Apollo knew that he could have Percy, he could have anyone he wanted, but he didn't want to cheat his way into the boy's heat. He wanted Percy's love to be true, just as the love he felt for the boy, but how? With Annabeth in the way, and for the fact that Percy wasn't really wasn't into guy's, the task would be an impossible one, even for a god.
" What's wrong, Apollo?" his twin sister Artemis asked, disturbing him from his thoughts. Like a wildfire, a blush spread over Apollo's face, turning him into a deep scarlet colour.
" N-nothing," he said, hating himself for the stutter.
Artemis gave him a distant look, before a wicked smile plastered itself onto her beautiful face. He wished that he could be like his twin and swear off love, but each time he saw a cute face ( none as cute as his ) he just couldn't help himself
" Your thinking about him, aren't you?" she questioned, the wicked smile still on her face. Apollo's blush only deepened. " Why don't you talk to him?"
"No way," he said. "As much as Percy adores me, I can't get him to love me."
His twin's smile only deepened. " You wanna bet?"
Thousands of thoughts filled Apollo's head. "Yes," he shouted, not able to stop himself. He swore, cursing his sister. She only laughed.
" Alright then; three months, you have three months to get the son of Poseidon to fall in love with you."
" And If I win?" He questioned.
" You'll have your man," she laughed. " And if you lose, you have to swear off love, forever."
Before he could say another word, Artemis vanished into a smoke of dark blue, almost black light. A sigh escaped from Apollo.
It looked like he was taking down a man.
