Author's Note: Well everyone, this is my first ever fanfiction. And yes, It is RoyEd.

Edward Elric walked into Roy Mustang's office. "Hello, Fullmetal." Roy greeted.
"Hey, bastard." Ed said, smirking. "Where's my report?" Roy asked. "Right here..."
Ed said, handing it to him. As Edward handed it to him, their hands touched.
Edward got a really strange feeling. He couldn't figure out what it was, and he spent the whole day wondering. 'What the hell happened earlier?' He thought to himself. 'Do I... like the colonel? Maybe I thought he was.. oh god.. Do I have a crush... ON MY BOSS?!' Of course this scared the shit out of him. "Hey FullMetal,
your report was very good. I was very pleased." Roy said, as Ed stared off into space. "Edward..?" he asked. "Hmm?" Ed asked, blushing at the fact Roy used his first name. "Are you okay?" he asked. "Uh... Yeah. I am." Ed said, nervously.
"Ok.." Roy trailed off. Roy started talking and Ed wasn't really paying attention,
too caught up in his own thoughts. "Edward?" He asked again, Ed blushing darker.
"I'm fine, Roy." Ed said. "Ed.. I can tell you aren't." he said. "Mustang, I am fucking fine!" Ed yelled, pretty irritated now. Roy moved from his desk and sat next to him. "No really, Ed. Tell me." Roy said. "I'm sorry. I can't." Ed said.
"Edward... You can trust me." Roy said. "No, I really can't. After this, you won't want to have anything to do with me." Ed said, on the verge of tears. Ed silently started to cry, and Roy tilted Ed's chin up. "Edward... Really, what's wrong..?"
he asked, wiping away his tears. "Roy.. I.. I can't tell you.. Can I... Maybe show you?" Ed asked, shyly. "Of course." Roy said, smiling softly. Ed turned to face Roy,
still crying, and wrapped his arms around Roy's neck. Ed leaned in and lightly kissed Roy on the lips. Ed pulled away, thinking Roy would hate him now. "E-Edward?" Roy asked. "Y-yeah..?" Ed asked. Roy leaned in and kissed him again, passionatley and deeper. They pulled away and Roy said: "I love you, Ed." and Ed said: "I love you too."
Roy smiled at Ed and he smiled back. As time went on they started dating, and Edward moved in with Roy. Nobody really knew about them except Maes and Alphonse. They couldn't tell anyone else, but they were happy.
(Two years or so later)
Ed came home with Roy and Roy said: :"Ed, we need to talk." "Okay.." Ed said, kind of worried. "I'll be right back." Roy said. He came back and said:
"You know... Edward.. I have loved you from the moment you started working for me. And.. Your really special and important to me. I don't care what the hell anyone says. I love you. I love you more than anyone or anything. I love you more than my own life, Edward. And, I know we are meant to be... And Edward..."
he said, getting out a small box and getting down on one knee. "Edward Elric...
will you do the honor of marrying me?" he asked. Ed just started crying. "OF COURSE! I LOVE YOU ROY! Love you so much!" he cried, tears of joy streaming down his face. "I love you, Edward." he said sliding the ring onto Ed's finger and leaning in and kissing him to make the engagement official.
