As Ria walked to her office at the Lightman Group, Eli came up behind Ria. "Hay can you do me a favor?" He asked.

She started. "Eli you have got to stop doing that, what do you want?"

"I was wondering if… if you would… um" he stuttered while running his fingers through his hair.

"Will you please just spit it out, Loker?" Now she was getting annoyed.

"Ok, I need a date to my brother's wedding and I need a friend to go with me, can you help me out?"

She blushed. "I don't know if that is such a great idea," she said.

"Just as friends," he said hoping that she would say yes. He really needed a date because he really didn't want to listen to his friends and family cracking jokes about his personal life.

"But why would you ask me?" she was getting a little confused.

"Because I need a friend, particularly a woman, because, if I bring a male friend, my brothers will never let me live it down, and I want to keep them off my back," he said "and I don't want them to try to set me up with someone."

"Oh, ok sure I'll help you out," she agreed "when do we leave?" she asked.

"Today, in about 3 hours," he smiled.

"What! Eli!" she turned around and walked away in a huff.

"Ria, wait up," as he caught up with her he asked "where are you going?"

"Well I have some things to finish up some things in my office, which I have to rush through now, so that I can go home and pack," She said with a hint of annoyance in her tone.

"Ok, I'll meet you at your apartment say around five o'clock," he asked while turning to go.

"Five o'clock! But that's only three hours away," she gasped.
