Aria and Spencer are sitting outside at school talking.

"Aria…you were right…about Ezra. What he did for us. I should've given him more credit." Spencer unexpectedly blurts into their conversation.

"Where is this coming from?" Aria asks, surprised at her friend's sudden change of heart.

"We just got talking when I went over to help and I realized he's really not so bad. He got a little carried away, but his heart was in the right place…he really does love you, Aria."

"I know he does." She says quietly.

"Do you love him?" Spencer asks curiously.

Aria is silent for a minute. "I keep trying to convince myself otherwise but, yeah, I do." She admits.

"Then you should tell him that. Before any more "slips," tell him how you really feel. He thinks he ruined everything for you. Tell him he's wrong. I really think he could use it." Spencer urges.

"So now you're back on Team Ezra?" Aria asks.

"I guess you could say that. We found a common ground."

"Which is what?" Aria asks curiously.

"Our totally screwed up families."

"You guys do have that in common." Aria admits.

"So, will you talk to him? Tell him how you feel?" Spencer urges further.

"Yeah. I'll talk to him tonight." Aria says with a small smile.

That Night

Aria sighs, preparing herself for the conversation about to take place as she turns her key to Ezra's apartment that she now has again and opens the door.

"Hey." Ezra says with a smile. "This is a nice surprise."

"Yeah. I uh, I wanted to talk to you about something." Aria stutters.

"Okay."

Aria walks closer to Ezra and takes his hand, pulling him with her onto the couch.

"I wanted to talk to you…about us." She finally gets out.

"Look, Aria, I understand what you said the other day. About-"

"No, Ezra…" She cuts him off. "I…I haven't been one hundred percent honest with you, or with myself for that matter… I didn't mean it when I said that night was a mistake. A part of me wanted to mean it, take the easy way out, and keep telling myself that I was doing the right thing. But the truth is, there is no easy way out. There's no way out at all. And I don't want a way out. What I want is you. Us." Aria has steady tears falling down her face at this point. "And I don't want to lie to myself or you about what I really want anymore."

Ezra brings his hand to Aria's cheek, wiping away the tears, before pulling her into his lap, leaning in, and kissing her with as much passion as he did the other night. Aria wraps her arms around his neck and leaves not an inch of space between them. They pull away for air and she presses her forehead against his.

"Ezra." She whispers, "I love you." She says with a smile.

"I love you, too." He whispers back, with a smile that matches hers, both of them officially back where they belong…together.
