Anon Request: Can you write a fic where grenna are in school and Greer doesn't think brenna will talk to her but she does and is all nice and sweet and maybe gives her a kiss on the cheek?
I made my way out the front doors, I need some fresh air before I have to get to my next class. I sit down on one of the ledges that surround the school, more students use them than the actual benches around here. I sigh deeply glancing around watching the other students move towards their next class, or to their lockers.
I'm jarred from my people watching, by a voice, I've come to memorize.
"Hey stranger." I quirk my eyebrows up and turn finding the source of the voice to be someone I didn't expect. Brenna Carver walks away from Ford and sits down next to me with a grin, earning a look of confusion from Ford who watches us curiously for a moment, before slowly walking away. I slowly turn my head to face Brenna.
"Hey…What are you… Up to?" I eye her curiously and smirks and takes a deep breath, "well, talking to you for one…" She mumbles and I shake my head.
"Oh really? I didn't notice." I giggle with a wink and she shakes her head with a wide grin, I really enjoy her imitating me… That smile's enough to stop my heart…
"I just… Figured I'd come and sit with you… You looked pretty lonely over here by yourself." She winks and I shake my head with a smirk.
"I just… Didn't think you'd want to be seen with me…." I whisper and bite my lip as I stare down at my hands that are knitted tightly together. I stare down at the ground waiting for her response, I don't get one… What I get is a warm hand over mine. I quirk my eyebrows at that a quickly look up, and immediately our eyes lock.
I search her eyes, hoping to find the answers deep inside them, but all that does is make my heart soar, staring into those eyes I find myself getting lost in. I swallow hard as a pink tint spreads onto my cheeks.
"I-I should uhh…. Really should get to uhh… Class." I say quickly and Brenna nods rapidly.
"Yeah… Me too." Her hand slowly slides off mine, I immediately miss the feeling of her hand on mine… We both slowly stand and turn separate ways to head to class.
"Wait…" Brenna announces causing me to stop and turn around to face her.
"What is it?" I ask smiling and I see a light blush come to her cheeks, as she steps forwards.
"I forgot something…" She whispers and I glance down where we were just sitting, not seeing anything left behind.
"What'd you forget?" I ask curiously as a wide smile spreads across her features, she moves forward and places a kiss to my left cheek, I gasp slightly, the small gesture making my heart beat rapidly Brenna pulls back with a grin and a red tint to her cheeks as well.
"See you later Greer…" She whispers a satisfied smirk on her face as she turns on her heels and makes her way to her next class. I can feel my cheeks burning as I bring my hand up to the spot she just kissed, already missing the feel of her lips on my skin. She glances behind her, her eyes catching mine as she throws me a wink and continues moving forward.
