Wanna Talk About It?
A/N This is a first shot at a Harry Potter focusing-more-on-romance-rather-than-humor-romancey-one-shot. *shudders* Wow... So this is what it feels like... AND, THIS IS NOT SLASH! Also, Harry has the same personality as in Hermione's Flamer. Crazy, funny, and downright...deranged.
Harry: Can I be in the storry tooooo?
Me: *rolls eyes* Fine. Whatever.
Harry: YAAAAAAAAY!
Harry was walking around the halls, trying to get to Transfiguration. He heard sobbing coming from the dungeons. Could his Potions Professor be crying?
No, Harry thought. Th-that's impossible!
But Harry investigated anyway. Snape was crying. He was sitting at his desk in an empty classroom, sobbing.
"Why are you here?" Snape snapped.
"Weeeeell, I was on my way to Transfiguration-"
"It's Saturday."
"-and I heard you sobbing. So I walked in here and you asked me what I was doing here. I said that I was on my way to Transfiguration even though it's Saturday and that leads us to now!" Harry finished.
"Ten points from Gryffindor for not making very much sense," Snape said.
"...Do you wanna talk about it?" Harry asked.
"Talk about what?"
"The reason you're crying."
"It'd be easier to watch the flashback."
"Ooooh! I like flashbacks!"
FLASHBACK
Young itty bitty eleven year old Severus Snape peered out from behind a pillar in the huge Hogwarts castle. His friend (and crush) currently had no interest in him whatsoever. She was interested in Potter. James Potter. Severus despised James. Not just because he teased him, but mainly because he stole away the girl of his dreams...
20 YEARS LATER
It seemed as if it was only yesterday that Severus had met Lily. But now, she was...dead. And the last thing Severus said to her was kind of mean. It was 'Have a nice life.'
"No," Severus whispered. "You can't be dead!"
Then, he cried as he held her in his arms.
END FLASHBACK
"Wow, Snape," Harry said. "I didn't know that you were so...LAME!"
"Harry?" Snape asked.
"Yes, weird-guy-who-loved-my-mum?" Harry asked absentmindedly.
"50 points to Gryffindor if you don't mention this to anyone," Snape said.
