Dear Sakura,
I know it's been a long time…but I really need you right now.
Things have been kinda rough lately. The towns' ninja have all been killed and now the civilians are fighting a loosing battle. More and more come in every day for antidotes and medicines that we don't supply.
Every time I see another kid die, I think of how you would have been able to save them.
We don't stand a chance. I'm the only one able to stand my ground, and there are so many of them. It's just a matter of time until Akatsuki show up.

War has hardened me, and it seems as though I am no longer a boy.
I fought him Sakura.
I fought him again, and nearly died.
I keep telling myself that he must still be in there somewhere, but then every time I see him kill another little kid, I know he's gone.

Dear Sakura,
I wait longer and longer and still no response. I pray for you every night, hoping to see your smile and hear your laugh.
We are faring quite well now. We are forcing them back, and their numbers are dwindling fast.
It is such a twisted, uncoordinated fight.
Akatsuki arrived and each party found themselves fighting two separate enemies. If only Cloud and Mist had sided with us. Sand and Leaf aren't seeming to be enough.

Things have taken a turn for the worst. We lost the battle in Sound as well as at the West border of Sand.
Temari and Gaara have passed on. They were great, proud and strong ninja. I am honored to have had fought beside them.
Akatsuki has disappeared to the shadows it seems.
Sasuke is still trying to overpower us, and it becomes harder and harder to fight back.

I regret to report that shinobi number 32970- Haruno Sakura was reported K.I.A. three years ago.
In an attempt to hold enemy forces at bay, Haruno sacrificed her life for the village of Konohagakure and its' people.
She will always be remembered as strong, loyal and determined.
