Doctor Finkelstein accepts her lies so long as she continues her chores, her cooking. Sally finds the root which makes his tea extra sweet in some pantry. Her fingers do not crawl and creep back with dirt between the stitches.
Sally can never bring herself to scold these games. Someone deserves fun.
