Heero hated Relena, yet loved her. Hate is just love with its back turned. He was attracted to her, fascinated by her.

Relena knew she shouldn't love Heero. He was cold-hearted and unfeeling. She couldn't help feeling that there might be something hidden beneath the perfect soldier exterior though, and kept up pursuing him. She loved him, yet.... love is the attracting force of hate.

She's there. Heero paused in his Gundam. It'd be so easy..... get her out of his hair....
Relena looked up at the Gundam filling her entire world. The beam cannon raised. Is he going to do it? she thought.
Heero turned away and blasted an incoming Aries.
A vague sense of almost disappointment. The game continues.

It was like she couldn't live without him. It had continued for so long it was impossible to think of anything being resolved. By any means, death or otherwise. Bits and scratches of whispers of hope, glimpses as he traversed her kingdom. It should be resolved. It wasn't.
