So basically, someone messed up the flow of time *cough* Mana *cough* and sent the Pharaoh and his comrades into modern times. Lets see what happens! I'm making this up as I go, so even I don't know what will happen next. XD But, I hope I can work in some sealshipping here and there!
"Urrgh..."
"Pharaoh? Are you all right?"
"Yes, I'm fine."
Atem and Mahaad had woken up to find themselves in a dark alleyway of domino city, and the former was now trying to contact Yugi, while the latter was trying to figure out where they were. Finally the other duelist picked up, and, just to mess with Mahaad's mind, the former Pharaoh put him on speakerphone
"Hello?" Mahaad jumped and let out a rather girly squeal, hearing the young voice over the phone.
"Hello, Yugi. Something happened and now I'm back in domino city with some of my friends from Egypt, and I was wondering if we could stay at the game shop until we get things figured out."
"Pharaoh, where is that voice coming from?" Mahaad franticly tried to get the ex-king's attention.
"... You put me on speakerphone didn't you?"
"Maybe," Atem smirked, "So is that a yes or a no?"
"How many people are you bringing?"
"There's ten of us, including me."
"My King, w-what is going on?" Mahaad was sounding more and more distressed by the minute.
"Ok, I'll have Duke pick you up at the KaibaCorp HQ in half an hour. We're all at the Kaiba mansion. Everyone's here so they'll be surprised. Pegasus and the Ishtars are here, too, though."
With that, the call was ended. Atem turned to face his now extremely confused and frightened priest. After telling the other to follow him, he began to leave the alley, only to literally bump into with a very startled Spiria, along with Seto, Kisara, Aknadin, Mana, and Shimon. He simply said that he knew where they were and would meet everyone at the tall building that was hard to miss if you looked in it's general direction, while pointing to said building, before walking towards it with the others in tow. Twenty-nine minutes later, Isis arrived with Shada and Karim. Before Atem could begin to explain where they were and how he knew, however, Duke arrived in his car, which scared the Pharaoh's comrades even more.
"Hey Pharaoh, are these your friends?" Asked Duke. Immediately, the six priests, being the overprotective people that they were, stepped in front of their King, ready to attack. The pharaoh simply walked around them, before shaking hands with Duke, surprising them. "Hello, Duke. It's good to see you again." Atem then got into the backseat of the car, with Mana happily following him. The others were a bit more cautious, but they got in after a few taunts about being afraid of an inanimate object. The ride to the Kaiba estate was filled with joking, Reminiscing and catching up between them, mostly with Duke or Atem telling a story about one of Joey's epic fails. The priests were still confused, but the pharaoh promised he would explain everything later. Soon, they were at the mansion.
And there it is the first chapter! Also, for those reading my other stories, I'm sorry for the wait! I've experience long periods of writer's block, and I'm in school again, so it's hard for to update as often as I'd like. But I will try my best for you all, so keep reading! Also, Breaking Free is now off hiatus because I decided to make it take place in the Bakugan universe instead of trying to combine them with my own. It'll still be a while before the next update, but I promise there will be a next update and many more!
