Eli and Clare were making out in his room with Clare wearing a button-down shirt.
Her shirt was already halfway buttoned down.
During their hot and heavy make-out session there was a LOUD knock at the door.
Clare and Eli stopped and looked at eachother.
Before either could say anything, Cece said, "Clare would you like to stay for dinner?"
Clare said, "Sure."
As soon as Clare heard Cece back downstairs she slapped Eli on the shoulder. Eli exclaimed, "OW! What was that for?"
Clare responded, "The door was unlocked, she coulda walked in!"
Eli then smirked, "No, trust me; she won't make that same mistake twice."
Clare then asked, "She walked in on you and Julia?"
Eli responded, "Well, not-not exactly."
Eli could tell that Clare wasn't getting the picture and realized he would have to go into further detail, "See I was alone in my room and my mom didn't knock just walked in and-"
Clare put her hand up and had an uncomfortable look on her face and said, "I get it."
Eli and Clare looked at eachother uncomfortably for a moment before both leaned in for a kiss and sarcastically asked, "Where were we?"
As Eli was leaning in for a kiss Clare uncomfortably leaned backward.
Eli confused asked, "What?"
Eli starting to worry that he went too far with Clare panicked and frantically said, "Oh, no, I took it too far didn't I?"
Clare realizing how worked up Eli was getting and took his hands in hers.
Once he looked her in the eye, she laughed, "Eli, you didn't push me too far. I'm just slightly mortified that your mom almost saw us making out."
Eli took a huge sigh of relief.
