Sidling up to him, he noticed the small of her shampoo first, then how close she stood, nearly leaning on him, though she shortly slid over an inch. Smiling now she turned her eyes and face to him, her grin mischievous as she chanced a glance at the mess that lay before them.

"I want to be the first white hair on your head." A giggle arose but was stifled by his look. "Ange gave me the recipe…" her smile spread as she stared at the contrasting black, pink and white.

"And," she continued, her eyes back on him, her face now serious save the smile that still shined in her light eyes. "The chemical components of it won't ruin your paint."

Watching her, he saw her lips curl as she was taken over with laughter, clutching her stomach as her eyes dared to water.

"It's not funny Bones." He tried to act stiff and angry, but he really wasn't, it was sweet, cute even, but not funny.

"Happy Birthday Booth." Wrapping her arms around his waist she let her head rest against the crook of his neck, his chin resting atop her head as his hands moved over her back softly.

Sitting before them was his huge, black Crown Victoria, upon which his name and birthday greetings were smeared in bright pink and white frosting, two small cakes in the shape of socks standing from the hood, their color the same shade of pink as the writing.
