Pump up the Volume/ Harry Potter cross over

So for those of you who don't know about Pump up the Volume, it is a 90's movie starring christen Slater. Ok thinking of doing a x-over of this genre just wanting to know what you would think about it.

Set in the HP world with HP as the new kid and who should be the guidance councillor and the HM? Should it be Dumbledore? Please let me know what you think I need a 'Nora' charater who will help our pirate D.J and figure out who he is may be Hermione please let me know what you think.
