"Just whose eyes are you describing so vividly?" His familiar voice broke the peaceful silence.

She sighed. "Neutron, how long have you been here?" the teenage blond asked with a nervous tremor as she sat up from beneath the oak tree shading both of them.

"Long enough to see a certain enemy of mine write the words "Cindy Neutron" with a heart around it." He chuckled softly. "Now answer my question."

"I-I-I don't want to." Her voice broke with each word.

"Cindy, Cindy, Cindy. I do believe you're hiding something from me. C'mon, tell me." He sat down and peered intently into her eyes. That did it. She couldn't help but melt under his gaze. The soft April breeze blew strands of her onto her face as she looked down.

"Yours." she muttered.

"Pardon?" Jimmy grinned with mischievous delight.

A boost of confidence, or perhaps adrenaline before the one she loved?

"Yours." she clearly stated. Now came the laughing. The gloating. She expected him to roll around in the grass and mock her for the feelings she had held since the day they met. What she didn't expect, was what happened next.

"Oh. You see, I came down here to give you something ," he trailed off as he leaned forward and gently kissed her," but I wasn't sure if you would like it."He got up andwalked away. Cindy leaned back against the oak tree.

"I love that blue..."

Hahaha! Got to love J/C fluff. I know the characters are very OOC, but it's been in my backpack for months and I just had to type it. Don't worry, I'll get back to The Gang's Grand Adventure right away!
