Inuyasha had been tricked by Naraku who had givin kagome and kikyo these pills that will painfully and very slowly will kill them. Inuyasha only had one antidote to save one life though.
"Inuyasha", cried kikyo as she fell to the floor grasping her stomach. Inuyasha ran over to kikyo. "Kikyo", he whispered as he hugged her.
He looked up remembering Kagome who was laying on the ground clenching her neck.
"No kagome", inuyasha screamed and dashed to her. He pulled her close.
"I've got to choose before they both die", he cried to him self. Tears were rolling down his cheeks.
"Inu.yasha.", kikyo gagged. "You must choose now". Kikyo crawled over to inuyasha who was right next to kagome.
"We have just seconds to live", she said with tears in her eyes. Kagome started gasping for air not able to breath.
"I..inuyasha!!!", kagome bursted out turning half blue from trying to talk so badly.
She ran her hands down his cheek as tears streamed down her and inuyasha's cheeks. "I'll go", she whispered. "Bu. but remember I love you".
Inuyasha took out the antidote looked at kikyo then kagome, Back and forth over and over.
"I love you", he shouted at one of the girls and shoved the antidote down her throat.
Inuyasha clenched the girl that he loves in his arms. He stayed there and cried.
He turned around to see Kikyo's lifeless body. "I'm so sorry Kikyo. but I love Kagome more than anyone could ever know", he whispered.
Kagome looked up as she was able to breath normal again. "Inuyasha. I could have left. You could have had Kikyo.", she cried.
"Kagome.", his eyes burned deep in hers. "It would have killed me to know you were died, I love you more than anyone", he said still crying.
Kagome looked back at kikyo who lay lifeless. "He must really love me more than anyone", she thought.
Kagome grabbed inuyasha and they kissed. They sat there crying and kissing.
