Bex's POV

"Name?" The clerk asked me.

"Bite me."

"What did you just say?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. What I meant to say was BITE ME YOU FUCKING WANKER!" I hissed.

"Her name is Anastasia Bexialanthy Plately... Just put her down as Bex." The tall male guard behind me said, his vice-like grip tightening with every syllable that came out of his dirty mouth.

"Don't call me that..." I muttered quietly, glancing around at the plain white halls that seemed to portray the future of anyone who is admitted. Plain. The lights above us flickered on and off, reminding me of my life. The light was the happiness I shared; the darkness for all the pain and horror I had seen.

"And why not, Bex?" The clerk asked sarcastically, shoving me violently backwards by the chest.

"Only he could call me that!" I screamed, my voice quivering with emotion that had long been forgotten.

"Who?" The guard asked, striking the back of my legs with such a force that I fall to the cold marble ground, writhing in pain. As tears filled my icy blue eyes, I look up at the beasts above me.

"Benjy... His name was Benjy"
