He looked up at the building, up at Lt. Colonel Roy Mustang, Second Lt. Riza Hawkeye, and… Edward Blink, seeing a woman standing on the other side of the Lt. Colonel that he had never seen before. She was an unique looking women, with long straight fire truck red hair that went to her mid-back, her skin was pale, almost like an porcelain doll, and bright blue eyes that were the same color as sapphires. She was a shim woman, with elegant, feminine curves.
She didn't look like a military officer; she wasn't even wearing the uniform. The only thing that she wore that was military issued was the long black trench coat. She also wore black leather combat boots that went to her knees, with her dark blue jeans tucked into them, lastly wearing a white tank top. The other odd thing about this woman was the fact that she had a dagger holder on her right thigh, where he could see an silver dagger handle pocking out. She also wore a black leather chocker collar with an circled dog tag on it, where he could make the faint site of an transmutation circle.
Edward looked up at the colonel finally, realising he had been starring at the women for too long "Hello Lt. Colonel." He muttered softly.
Roy Mustang smirked slightly, looking down at the Pipsqueak "I've been promoted to Colonel sense you were taking so long to decide." He stated. The women with red hair gave him a look that Edward couldn't quite understand the emotion, it looked to be annoyed though. "Are you sure you want to do this?" he asked. Edward gave him a scowled "Bow. Wow." He barked, looking up at the three "…Do you want me to wag my tail?" he asked.
The women looked at Edward "…Are you sure you want to do this Mr. Elric?" she asked "…Once you take your first step, there's no turning back." She stated. Edward looked at her; the wind blew, showing an silver chain that was an attached to her belt loop, the chain going into her pocket. Edwards eyes wide slightly '…A state alchemist?' he thought. "…I'm sure." He stated, Roy Mustang smirked "…Well then. Welcome to Central." He stated.
Edward Elric stood beside Roy Mustang, Riza Hawkeye and the mysterious red haired women stood outside the door for the last portion of the State Alchemy Exam, he looked at the red haired women. He couldn't hold it any longer
"Um, Miss. What's your title?" he asked. The women blinked, looking at him, she smiled warmly, bringing out her pocket watch "That's right… I haven't introduced myself yet have I?" she stated looking at him with an mischievous glint in her eye. "…Well Mister. Elric. My name is Second Lt. Rose Summers…." She said slowly, an wide smirk on her face "… And I am the Blood Alchemist."
