Requirements:
Harry Potter must either be 'the-boy-who-lived' and placed on the doorstep of the Dursley's before divine magicks transport Harry to the Underground to be born as Levi Ackerman to Kuchel Ackerman, his mother. Harry now Levi must know about the magical world and his short life as Harry James Potter but refuse to accept the possibility of going back seeing the Magical World as not worth his time. Or Harry's family survive the attack and a sibling of his is named 'the-boy/girl/children-who-lived' meaning the Potters get lost in the fame and decide that Harry needs to be placed somewhere for his safety. He is then put on the Dursleys doorstep under the pre-tense that blood wards would protect him, however, his magic sends him to the Underground to be born as Levi Ackerman to Kuchel Ackerman, his mother. Levi knows of the magical world and his past but doesn't care and is apathetic to the situation, however, feels a great amount anger towards the Potters.
Harry's life as Levi must be the same as canon, unless change is absolutely necessary or one of the requirements desire it.
Levi must be know of all types of magic, from his days as a thief and stolen various books on magic.
Levi must be proficient in wandless magic.
Levi will only return when the name 'Harry James Potter' is called, however, with him the entirety of Squad Levi (104th Cadet Edition) come with him.
The Potters if, the second story arc is wanted, must try to get Harry back at all costs, however, such an action doesn't play out for them.
If Levi must be paired with someone it'll be either Daphne Greengrass or an Original Female Character, whom must hate the Potters and compliment Levi's personality or challenge it.
No harems or multiple partners.
It is revealed that Harry/Levi is 'the-boy-who-lived'.
Recommended:

Levi brutally beats plenty of Hogwarts students who anger him.
Optional:
Harry has new siblings who wanted to get to know him.
Levi threatens to unless 'Titan Eren' on Magical Britain constantly.
