THE SIGHT OF THE BULBASAUR. By Charmander_in_Flames

If you love Bulbasaur, don't read the start of this fic. Well, anyway, on with the story.

There was a trainer called Jarrod,who had a Bulbasaur he nicknamed Bloomer. Bloomer and Jarrod were great friends.
But one day a tragedy occurred. Jarrod was battling,and winning, against a merciless trainer,(called Bucket, not that you'd care) when he yelled out: "Beedrill, finishing move!"and the Beedrill shot forward and poked the poor Bulbasaur right in the eyes, blinding him.
" Bloomer,NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
his trainer cried, running over to his fainted Pokémon. Luckily, they were battling near a Pokémon Center so Jarrod ran straight into an empty E.R, put Bloomer on the bed, and dragged in a shocked Nurse Joy. He poured out the story in 1 minute flat.
Nurse Joy did everything she could, but it was hopeless.
Jarrod sadley left the Pokémon Centre, then had a great idea! He went to the Police Station and was given permission to...........how should I say it?....................put Bucket out of his misery.
A few days later, after he killed Bucket, he went back to the Pokémon Centre where Nurse Joy had taught Bloomer to echo-locate.
"Oh, THANK-YOU, Nurse Joy!!! I'll never forget this! If you ever need anything, call me" Jarrod said, giving her his number.

For a whole year Jarrod battled, (and won) thanks to Bloomer.
After their........................let me think?................................
Ah, yes, their 1,302nd win, Bloomer evolved. He had been fighting the urge off for ages, but he could fight it off no more. But when he evolved, his sight came back!!!!!!!!!!
Jarrod was so happy he went straight home and had a huge celebration.

Jarrod is now a Pokémon Master and his statue shines next to a statue of a Venusaur.
