p class="MsoNormal" style="tab-stops: 145.1pt;"span lang="EN-GB"I looked down from the top of the hill to see Camp Half-blood, but something wasn't right, there wasn't anything to see but I just sensed the presence of magic in the atmosphere. It couldn't possibly be Gaia because I had already chained her up in the depths of tartarus last year. It was strong, dark magic which only the people of the underworld could use. Worst case scenario the Doors of Death had managed to open again and the world would soon be infested with demons, monsters etc. /span/p
p class="MsoNormal" style="tab-stops: 145.1pt;"span lang="EN-GB" /spanWhat was I going to do? There were not enough warriors in camp to defeat it.I decided to have a look around the camp grounds to see if I could find anything that could help me figure out what this mysterious power was. There was absolutely nothing to be found. I will head to camp to see if anyone else knows what the hell is going on. I spoke to Chiron and he said he didn't know anything either. My second thought was to go to my best friend/girlfriend, Annabeth. I looked in her cabin but she wasn't there, I went to the big house and down to the beach, but I still couldn't find her. I eventually found her lying the infirmary with blood gushing from the side of her head, she was unconscious and hardly breathing. I took a closer look at the mark on the side of her head, it looked to be the symbol of Hades. What is it that Hades could have possibly wanted from her?./p

p class="MsoNormal" style="tab-stops: 145.1pt;"span lang="EN-GB"It suddenly struck me, maybe he wanted to get revenge on me for closing the Doors of Death by hurting those I loved. Immediately I set off to Manhattan to make sure my mom was okay. She was also lying on the floor with the same symbol imprinted on the same side of her head as Annabeth. I guess that would explain the dark magic, it seems like Hades has come up from the underworld and is somewhere in America. Great./span/p

p class="MsoNormal" style="tab-stops: 145.1pt;"span lang="EN-GB"I felt a quest coming on, but first I had to get help. I recruited three of the best fighters I knew; Jason, Frank and Nico. I figured that Nico would be able to help me track down Hades as he is his son after all. I'm not too sure why I chose Frank because pretty much the only thing that he can do is shape shift. I guess that could come in handy when we need muscle power for knocking something down like a giant or something. Jason is one of my most trust worthy friends as we have known each other for as long as I can remember./span/p

p class="MsoNormal" style="tab-stops: 145.1pt;"span lang="EN-GB"I didn't want to go on this quest but I need to get my reputation back up because Chiron is starting to think of me as just another one of his students, but I know I'm better than all of them. I must prove myself to him and earn his respect like I did when I first started at camp. Maybe I can get my father, Poseidon to help me unless he is getting it on with another naiad as he has done many times before. /span/p
