A/N: I was bored and I suck at writing. All is well. I don't own FFT-A

Did it really happen? It seems like a dream to me...

"His wish was his, but once you defeat that—yours becomes reality."

I don't know. It could have been.

"It was fun while it lasted, but I know it wasn't even real."

Ritz said she didn't want to go back. But here we are.

"I'm not facing the truth, I'm a coward for not realizing that."

Where are you going Ritz? You aren't a coward! You're braver than me!

"I'll do all I can to get you back, Marche. That's what friends are for!"

Monblac! Where are you?

"I don't want to go back!! You can't make me!"

Mewt didn't mean those things... He knew what was real.

"Another world?! What are you talking about? This is the only one!"

It's not true...I'm stuck in it.

"You cannot set this right, Marche! You have to go through me first!"

Ritz, don't look at me like that. I don't want to see you angry at me....

"Marche, you have got to wake up."

I don't know if I can.

"Marche!"

"Marche!!"

Marche slowly opened his eyes.

"Marche! It took you long enough to wake up! We thought you were dead!" Ritz screamed into his face.

The boy could only smile. The distant memories that haunted him—the friends he thought he lost. Ritz was still there, though. So was Mewt.

"Do you still remember what happened, Ritz-chan?" Marche said.

Needless to say, the girl was a bit shocked.

"I-I...don't know what your talking about," Ritz turned her head to side to divert eye-contact.

The blonde haired boy slanted his eyes. "You know what I'm saying, Ritz. I know it wasn't a dream. You were there, Mewt-kun was there...The reason why you let your hair stay white."

Ritz sighed and looked up at the sky. "Sasha said it was a blessing from the Veira's to have white hair. I don't think so, though."

"So you admit it?"

The white haired girl nodded. "I do. I miss the game Ivalice. It was fun while it lasted."

Marche smiled. "It's changed me."

His friend looked at him with questioning eyes. "What do you mean?"

"I look at things differently now. You could even say I've become braver since then."

Ritz nodded in agreement. "But I still miss my old friends. Sasha was the best one I've had in awhile..." She blushed. "...since you."

Mewt coughed. He was standing right behind them. "C'mon, you two! We have work to do!" The brown haired boy gestured to the book he was holding.

Marche looked startled. "You...you're...?"

The other boy nodded. "Yes, destroy it. We don't need it anymore."

Ritz smiled. "You've finally got a hold of yourself. Let's go!" she walked off with Mewt.

"Somehow, I know going to the game Ivalice was a good thing. It changed me...and my friends. I'll never forget."

Marche smiled.

"C'mon, Marche!" called Ritz.

"Coming!" the blonde boy kept smiling and ran after his friends.
