Fanfiction Challenge
Harry Potter
Okay so this isn't a story but a challenge Fanfiction instead. But before you click out of this, I hope that you'll at least read this challenge fic and see if it catches your interest to write about it.
Summary:
Hermione finds out over the summer after her third year that her family are magical creatures, specially dragons. Unknown to Hermione, since the times Voldemort was still a threat, her family left the Wizarding World to find shelter away from the dangers of being dragged into the battles and being forced to join Voldemort's rankings. Ever since living in the muggle world, their powers declined as their abilities to transform into dragons became lost since marrying with muggles. However, when Hermione start to come of age, strange things start happening. She's able to hear things nobody else should, see things clearer than the average human being. Controlling wandless magic becomes easy, and she's stronger, stronger than she's been before. It isn't until her mother tells her what's going on with her body that she understands things are about to change.
So that's basically the full but unpolished summary that I thought of. In case you're unclear, Hermione's mother never expected for the genes to awaken in Hermione (that being dragon blood). So now Hermione knows that she's a human that can transform into a dragon and that there is a mate out there that she has to find. (no this isn't gonna be some "you have X amount of time to find your mate before you die" kind of thing.) No she doesn't die of heartbreak if she doesn't find her mate it's just that she will never be as happy as she could have been if she meet her mate. This doesn't really apply to Hermione's mother since her mother doesn't have the ability to turn into a dragon but does have several abilities of a dragon (like being fireproof for example). Hermione's dad is a full blooded muggle/human that just happen to have married into a weird family (meaning that Hermione's dad isn't not a magical creature if you didn't understand that).
Okay so for any of you that didn't read the parings, this is a Fleur and Hermione paring. IF you want to do a different paring with this challenge idea then that's fine with me, just please PM me if you do.
Requirements:
Hermione has to be the main character and find out about her heritage before Fourth year starts.
Has to be FLEUR AND HERMIONE PARING!(you could do another one, but I think this paring is better)
Hermione's mother is the only one besides Hermione with dragon blood (but can't transform, Father is human)
The time turner makes Hermione 15 years of age at the start of her fourth year
(Optional) you can make this a Futa Fanfiction if you want for those of you who write rated M fanfictions.
Hermione has to have a reaction with her mate(Fleur) when they touch for the first time
And yes I did get some of the ideas from Contramancer's story On Crimson Wings that was based on GoldenSteel's challenge. However this is from a totally different point of view. So I'm hoping that whoever does this challenges that the story will be funny and creative. I really don't care where you go with this story as long as Hermione has the ability to turn into a dragon and her mate is Fleur.
