"Hey, aren't you guys missing a few people? Where's Eridan?" Dave asked, glancing around.
Karkat scoffed, then shook his head as he answered, "He's dead."
"He's-," Dave froze and kept his signature Strider poker face, "Oh, just wondering."
The troll nodded curtly, then went off to find Gamzee before he could disappear and do something rather idiotic.
"… Dave? Are you alright?" Rose asked him quietly, a slight frown tugging at her lips.
"Duh, why wouldn't I be?" he answered with a slight nudge, "Come on, let's go find your lesbian lover and my blind comrade so you two can hop on the make out train and we can get into some serious shit."
She just nodded and followed Dave as he led her along by her wrist.
Dave sat on his bed. He frowned down at the laptop resting on his ankles as he tried to remember something. This conversation was seeming really familiar…

Suddenly, it clicked.
TG: i remember this

The surroundings changed to a beach setting. Dave stood up and inspected the pale sand and crystal clear water that was about ten yards from his feet. He looked around for a moment, not seeing really anything else. He then noticed the troll laying on the ground in full god tier.
"Nice pants…" he said slowly as he took in the sight.
Eridan scoffed and fluttered his wings, "They're not as comfortable as my old ones…"
Dave watched as Eridan stood up and changed his outfit to his normal clothes. They then stared at each other for a minute before Eridan said softly, "Do you remember me?"
Dave just smiled softly and went to the seadweller, hugging him close, "How could I forget you, Eridan?"
