Prompt: Snape/Lavender
Lavender blushed as Parvati gapped at her in complete and total surprise. "What?" she squealed, her voice high. "It's not that weird!"
"Um, I never had a crush on Snape," Parvati told her best friend. "Professor Lupin, but," Parvati leaned closer and smirked, "what girl didn't it?" She nudged Lavender, and Lavender laughed, the firewhiskey making everything funnier.
"Fair point!" Lavender said. "But come on, you've never once thought about Snape? I mean, he's sexy and kind of bad and with a good light, pretty handsome. I'm not saying I'm proud of, but" Lavender dropped her voice low like it was a conspiracy, "I'm saying."
"You are so weird," Parvati was kind enough to inform her. "Thank God you have me to keep you straight."
Lavender slung her arm around Parvati's shoulders. "You are so right," she slurred. "I would be lost without you, Parvati! Lost in my hopeless crush on Snape!"
"Oh the horror!" Parvati yelled dramatically. "And, you just admitted that you still had one." Parvati's smirk returned.
Lavender rolled her eyes and punched Parvati on the arm. "Whatever," she said. "You still think that Santa Claus exists."
"Do we have any proof that he doesn't?" Parvati nearly yelled. "I mean, do we?"
"See," Lavender said.
"Well, maybe you're very naughty, he'll bring you Snape. Ow, Lav, that hurts!"
