I do not own Death Note and the characters..
L died.
Raito died.
Ryuku is bored.
Misa is in an asylum.
Matsuda has become a model.
But there's more to it than all of the above.
Some of the people I mentioned above, who actually died, have met each other in a world that is unseen to us living creatures.
The day L died, the day Raito was laughing madly at L. That day..
L heard it all.
He was happy, because he was right after all!
L walked under the rain that day and smiled at the moon. He travelled back to England where he spent most of his childhood. He flied in the skies of Manchester.
He cheered for Manchester United.
He danced with the students of Manchester University.
He ate as much as chocolate cake as he could.
But..
"Sabishii desu" were the only sentence that could come out of his lips.
Yes, he felt lonely. Without Raito. It was no fun at all, nothing made sense. He had no motivation to bear this stupid world one more time. So he left the world that is seen to us and he travelled to 'that' place we living creatures cannot see.
I cannot talk much about that place because I have never seen it before.
So I turn back to Raito.
He was happy as usual. He was still alive back then. He was laughing psycho style.
He had it all.
But watching him was so boring.
Ryuku killed this boring creature.
Raito died a horrible death.
And then… The thing that most of us were wondering..
Yes, what happens to those who use the Death note?
That 'they cannot go to either heaven or hell' story?
So where did he go?
Well he went near L.
Why?
Because Raito became a bird.
A bird that cannot fly.
A bird that will suffer forever.
His colour was dark red.
L, who wanted to see Raito one more time, came across this bird on his way.
With his superb instinctual abilities he identified it was Raito just by one look.
A large smile appeared on his face. He took the bird in his hands and raise it up to the sky.
"Huh, you cannot fly Raito? Hmm, I wonder why?"
He smiled madly
"Oh, is it because you used the Death Note?"
"So I was right after all"
He smiled L style again, he was so happy.
"I shall keep you then -" he said.
Sabishii desu means I am lonely in Japanese. That was used by L a lot in the series.
