Flaming phoenix of the night.
Gleaming feathers, burst of light.
Born of fire, death in smoke.
Crimson hue, bringer of hope.
Fiery gaze of pooled topaz.
Sharpened beak, a streak of gold.
Feathered plumage of red sapphire.
Glittering aura or crackling flame.
Call of fire, notice to all.
Good shall reign and evil shall fall.
Shining beacon, lighting the way.
Goodwill and freedom here to say.
Wing raised high, eclipse the sky.
Darkened night glows red.
Moon and stars become like rust.
Tinted by the mighty flame.
Stones crumble 'neath blue-hot fire.
Woe be those whom earn the fire-bird's ire.
Stabbing beak and slashing claws.
Beating wings scrape cliff sides raw.
Silhouetted trees, by day are green.
By phoenix light are yellow.
The rivers, blue, and silver, too.
Reflect the bloodstone sky.
Swirl of wind stirs up leaves.
Arrival preceded by shouted pleas.
Clouds disperse, yet lightning strikes.
Clear day's blue turns dark as night's.
Pale rocks of white and brick.
Become molten orange in fire's wake.
The valley's depths of silent shadow.
Briefly flash to blinding gold.
As dawn comes to bring new day.
The scarlet night fades to gray.
The phoenix fire turns to ash.
'Til good and evil next violently clash.
