I hear you pottering about in the kitchen, singing and humming to yourself. Hearing your sweet voice makes me want to laugh out loud, you make me so happy.
I see you come inside, away from the rain that's lashing down. Your damp hair covers half your face. I push it away, determined not to hide your beauty.
I smell your warm skin when you snuggle up close against me. Sweet honey and golden sunshine, earthy trees and cool rivers. Some of my favourite things lingering on my favourite thing of all.
That is why I love you the way I do.
