"Buffy" Angel repeated Before he Knew Buffy had slayer stlye pushed him off Dawn and held him against the wall.#
"so you missed me huh?" He said still showing his vampire teeth
"were you trying to scare dawn just then?" Buffy asked
"what made her think vampires are safe?" He leaned in to Kiss Buffy, first Buffy slapped him hard then she pulled him towards her to kiss him back, it had been to long since she last saw Angel .
and the memories of him were more good than bad. She knew he still felt the same,
"Great now I have to watch you two kissing and stuff" Dawn mumbled.
"Angel I cant do this now I'm here to get Dawn then were going home "Buffy said as she finnnaly pulled back from Angel.
"what make you think I'm coming home?you don't even want a sister"
"Dawn I didn't mean that I was mad at you for being so stupid sometimes"
"oh so im stupid, Buffy ive just come from a bus to Los angeles ,I Bet you didn't even notice I was gone I bet it was Willow and Tara who found my note right"
"er well yeah they found it but I read it Dawn you didn't mean that stuff either"
"why does she glow?" Angel asked looking at dawn
"he can see me glowing!! So I am different" Dawn said wide eyed.
"thanks angel, humans cant see it just well dead people"Buffy said easily,
"you don't let me do anything Buffy ,you wont let me come on a stake out with you, you wont let me do magic with Willow ,you have Anya babysitting me with board games and you wont let me go out on dates"
"I'm tough on you so you wont turn out like me, your smart Dawn, Magic is fine for willow and tara not you"
"I'm a ball of energy that's magic isn't it?" Dawn said cooley
"Dawn its tough being mom you know, I don't know how to be mom I'm still learning I only know how to be your sister and sisters look out for each other"
"you don't want a sister Buffy,"
"yes I do dawn. I would have been alone when mom died if I didn't have you"
"really you really want a sister?"
"yes now come on were gonna go home"
"you don't have to Buffy you could both stay here" Angel said
"with cordeilia? And the weird Irish guy? I don't think so, thanks for looking after Dawn but were going back to Sunnydale Dawnie's coming home now right dawn?"
"yeah I didn't really want to run away anyway, I meant to throw the note away then I realised i d left it on my bed and so I had to run that is"
"well never do this again got it?"
"got it buffy " Dawn hugged her sister the sister she loved and always wanted .
"Dawn is that my lipstick, you've got on? And what are you wearing? When we get home your gonna get changed young lady" Buffy said smiling at her.
"sure sis" Dawn grinned for once she didn't mind Buffy nagging at her she knew it was only because Buffy cared and that was all Dawn ever wanted .
