Problem- Capital Punishment

What if... people thought about the punishmwnt before they commit the crime?

What if... no one was punished severly for a small crime?

What if... the wrong man is killed and innocently murdered?

What if... every one was treated equal, so nobody would feel that stealing something will make you cool?

What if.. every one could see that all people make mistakes?

What if... everyone was given a fair trail before being put on death row ?

Solution- No one commits the crime no one does the crime.
