Revelations - Doctor Monty's Perfect World.
Doctor Monty, the one responsible for the gobble gum machine, the mystery box, the weapon chalk drawings, was outside taking a good look at his perfect world.
The house, the trees, the flowers, the grass, everything was perfect. His perfect world was free from all of the evil that had corrupted each and every corner of the known and unknown universe.
This world is supposed to be a place of safety for the kids. The little ones.
Monty walked to the door and opened the door, walked inside the house and closed the door behind him.
He walked up the stairs and could hear the children laughing as he got near the door.
He opened the door and Samantha, Eddie and the other little kids were in the room as well.
The children looked at Monty and smiled at him. Monty smiled back at them.
Then suddenly the alarm went off. The alarm caught their attention. They are here.
Basement.
Doctor Maxis was in the basement, waiting for the crew to come back. A bright light appeared, lighting up the whole room. Richtofen was the first to appear in front of Maxis. They looked at each other in the eye. Then they embraced each other in a hug. They broke apart from the hug.
"Richtofen. You're here." Maxis said.
"Yes Maxis. I'm here and they are here too. I also brought the Key here too." Richtofen said as he showed Maxis the Summoning Key. Maxis looked at the Key with interest.
"Now that we're here, we can destroy the teleporter. We don't need it anymore." Richtofen said.
Maxis nodded.
"You're right. Let's destroy the teleporter, so that no evil can come here into this perfect world." Maxis said as he gave Richtofen a axe.
Richtofen used the axe and smashed the controls and Maxis pulled the wires out of the machine. Each and every last one of the wires that were connected to the machine.
Richtofen did the right thing. He followed the plan. He brought the Summoning Key to the perfect world and destroyed the machine once and for all.
Is that it? Is this the end? Is the universe saved from itself?
Samantha's Room.
Samantha was sleeping peacefully in her room with her teddy bear next to her. Then she heard something. Or someone whispering.
"Please. You must help me." A mysterious voice called out to her.
The voice woke up Samantha. Who could it be? And what did the voice that she heard wanted from her?
Basement.
She heard voices, calling out to her. She opened the basement door.
"H-Hello?" Samantha said, checking if someone was actually there or she was just hearing things.
While holding her teddy bear close to her, she walked down the stairs and saw that the Summoning Key was moving by itself.
She walked close to the Key that was on the table.
"Only together, can we prevent the destruction of your world." The mysterious voice said to her.
Samantha, without thinking, picked up the Summoning Key. The powerful artifact was shining bright, lighting up the room. Samantha's eyes widened. She didn't know what was happening right now.
She let go of the Key and now the Key was hovering in the air. She fell backward and backed up against the wall.
Then the Key landed on the hand of a mysterious figure. Samantha stayed where she was, not moving a muscle. The mysterious figure looked at her. Samantha looked back at the figure that was looking at her. Then the mysterious figure spoke.
"I have been watching. I have seen each and every one of your misdeeds. I know who you are. But, questions remain. Why do you do the things you do? What is it that you hope to achieve? Do you not see the futility of your tiny, insignificant existence? You are but fragments of a bigger universe. Your sins serve only as an invitation...an invitation to an evil beyond your imagination. I will lead the way. I will show you the path. Only through me, the Shadowman, will you find your redemption." The Shadowman said.
"Get out. Get out of here. Now!" Samantha commanded.
The Shadowman chuckled.
"Well, well, well, you must be a brave little girl, huh? But...let's not start that way. Alright?" Shadowman said.
Samantha made a run for the door upstairs, but somehow the Shadowman used his telekinetic powers to slam the door shut.
The sound of the door being slammed shut woke everyone up.
"What the heck was that?" Dempsey asked.
"It sounded like a door was slammed shut. But who could've done that?" Takeo asked.
Then she called out for him.
"Daddy! Help me! Please!" Samantha cried out.
Maxis's eyes widened at the sound of his daughter calling for him.
"Samantha! I'm coming Samantha! Hold on!" Maxis yelled.
Maxis turned to the children.
"Kids, you all stay here and lock the door. The rest of you come with me. Hurry!" Maxis commanded.
Dempsey, Takeo, Nikolai and Richtofen followed Doctor Maxis out of the room to help Samantha.
They made it to the basement door and Maxis tried to open it but the door wouldn't open.
"Samantha, what's happening?! Open this door, now!" Maxis commanded as he was banging the door with his fist.
Before she could open the door the Shadowman used his telekinetic powers to make Samantha hover in the air.
He brought her close to him.
"Let the darkness consume you, Samantha." The Shadowman commanded.
"Screw you!" Samantha yelled with a brave tone in her voice.
"Wrong answer, little one." The Shadowman said before he used his telekinetic powers to throw Samantha to the wall, knocking her out.
"Samantha! What is going on in there?! Open this door, now!" Maxis yelled.
"It won't be long until your daughter gives herself to the Apothicons." The Shadowman said to Maxis.
Maxis stopped banging the door when he heard a man's voice that he never heard before.
"W-Who are you and what have you done with Samantha?!" Maxis asked, demanding an answer.
"Don't worry old man, I haven't done anything to her...not yet anyway. But in time, she will be mine...soon. And everything that you've tried to protect, everything that you've fought so hard for, will all be...erased. And it will all be...for nothing." The Shadowman said as he disappeared from the basement.
Maxis tried opening the door and suddenly he was able to get the door to open. They all ran down the stairs to find the whole room was destroyed and found Samantha knocked out on the floor.
"Samantha!" Maxis cried out as he ran to her.
"Samantha, a-are you okay sweetheart?" Maxis asked.
Samantha struggled to open her eyes because the poor girl was thrown at a wall which knocked her out. She managed to open her eyes and could see everything now. She looked at her father. Maxis looked at her, to see if she was okay. They both looked at each other in the eye.
"D-Daddy? I-Is that you?" Samantha asked.
"Yes sweetie, it's me. Daddy's here. You're alright. You're gonna be alright. I promise." Maxis said.
Then the door opened.
"Guys, come quick, something is happening outside! Hurry!" Eddie yelled.
They all came back to the room and saw that the whole world changed. Giant monsters in the sky, islands in space, zombies all over the place, and it's all because the Shadowman brought them here. In Monty's perfect world.
"Who is he? Why is he here? Why is he doing this?" Maxis asked.
"What the heck is all this? What's happening right now?" Dempsey asked.
"This is not something that I have ever seen before with my own eyes." Takeo said.
"This is not a better tomorrow that you've promised Richtofen. This is stuff of nightmares." Nikolai said.
"Hey, don't blame me, I didn't know something like this was going to happen in the first place. Now, had I known about this, I would've prevented this from happening." Richtofen said in defense.
"Alright boys, that's enough. We should be concerned about Samantha right now, I mean, what the bloody heck was she doing in the basement in the middle of the night anyway?" Monty asked.
"That's true. Samantha, honey, what were you doing in the basement?" Maxis asked.
Samantha was in pain but she manage to speak her words.
"I-I heard voices, calling out to me. I went down to the basement and saw this thing that looked like a ball just lying on the table. Someone was talking to me. I picked up the ball and then this strange man came out of it. He tried to get me to join him, but I refused. Daddy, I'm scared. I don't know what's happening." Samantha said.
"Hey, it's okay. Daddy's here. I won't let him hurt you. You're safe here with us." Maxis said.
"It's not really her fault, she just didn't know that he was in there. None of y'all did, that's all. Okay, so let me get this straight, you see, it's looks like your daughter Samantha woke up in the middle of the night because she heard voices calling out to her and fiddled around with the Summoning thingamajig and accidentally released an even bigger bastard, someone even I didn't know was in there, the Shadowman, the one and only original harbinger of doom." Monty explained.
Then Samantha started crying.
"Samantha, what's wrong?" Maxis asked.
"I-It's my fault daddy. I-I'm the one who let him out. I-I didn't mean to. H-He's here because of me." Samantha said as she was crying her eyes out.
"No, no, no, Samantha. It's okay, it's not your fault, you just didn't know that he was inside the Summoning Key. None of us knew that he was in there. Until now." Maxis said, comforting his daughter.
"So, I'm going to be absolutely truthful with you. Things have gotten way too far out of control. This isn't any vague "woo-hoo-hoo" evil. We're talking about the Apothicons, the most powerful and evil entities in all the existences that ever...existed. And now they're here in our perfect world." Doctor Monty explained.
The doors opened and Dempsey, Takeo, Nikolai and Richtofen walked outside to face the evil that has come to destroy everything in their path.
"I'm not going to sugarcoat things...it's a freaking crap show." Doctor Monty said as he closed the doors behind them.
"We have come so far on this journey. We cannot give up now. We will wipe out the evil that has corrupted this world." Takeo said as he pulled out his sword.
Nikolai sighed.
"Oh well. One last bottle of vodka before I die. These hell pigs will die by the hands of a angry Russian man." Nikolai said as he pulled out a bottle of vodka, and started drinking it. Then he threw it to the ground, breaking the bottle.
"I thought everything would be over when I got the Key and collected the souls of the 1.0 versions of us. I guess I was wrong. No matter. The blood vials will protect me." Richtofen said as he pulled out his pistol.
Dempsey pulled out two of his pistols and sighed.
"Well...this is going to be interesting. If this is going to be our last time fighting, then let's finish this once and for all, together. Get ready meat puppets...we're coming for you." Dempsey said as he loaded his pistols with bullets and started shooting the zombies.
Well, that's about it. This is just the beginning of the story so far, so yeah, that's that. So, did y'all enjoyed this? Maybe y'all did, maybe y'all didn't, or whatever. Leave your reviews down below if you want to, have a awesome sauce day and I'm out. Peace.
