"Come on, [yn], we're gonna start the film soon!" Clint calls to you from the next room. You gingerly open the door, only to be ambushed by a whole beanbag to the face. You fall back against the door, hitting your head.

"Who did that?!" You yell. You hear Tony laughing.

"Loki! Why would you do that?!" Clint says angrily. Out of all the Avengers, he has been the most parent-like towards you.

Loki, sat on the other side of the room, has a huge smirk on his face. You give him a glare worthy of Thanos. But, since it's movie night, you let it go and make your way across the maze of beanbags, pillows, king-sized duvets that can fit four avengers under, and dvd cases.

Every Friday night all of the Avengers gather in the cinema room and order pizza, watch a film, and ultimately fall asleep. It's one big sleepover, basically.

"[Yn], over here!" Bucky calls from the corner of the room, next to Steve. You smile and walk over, sitting down next to him. He seems to really like you for some reason. You wiggle around until you find a comfortable position, and Bucky puts his arm around you. He does the same to Steve, and you both lean into Bucky as Tony starts the film.

"Pizza's here!" Bruce calls, bringing in eight extremely yummy-smelling boxes.

"It's such a shame Thor, Sam and Wanda can't be here." You say. Wanda is in Sokovia, doing volunteer work, still clearing up the Ultron mess from ages ago, Sam is on holiday with his family, and Thor is in Asgard, dealing with issues that he left unclear. Everyone nods. Then, everyone scrambles towards Bruce, eager to get pizza.

Once you're all settled down again, everybody taking buts of each other's pizzas as you work your way through the film and the food.

Three-quarters of the way through the film, you see Loki's head loll to the side. You wriggle out from under Bucky's arm and crawl across the sea of duvets, to check he's okay. You've grown to be quite fond of the God of Mischief. It turns out he's asleep. You pull a blanket over him as he rolls over towards the wall. Then you go back to Bucky, settling down next to him.

By the time the film finishes, it's midnight. You look around. Steve is asleep, nestled into Bucky's side. Clint is asleep, too, but facing the other way (you can tell he is asleep because he is snoring). Loki is asleep, he has been for hours. Bruce is asleep as well, curled up in a ball with his glasses still on and at a crooked angle. Natasha and Tony aren't asleep, but talking softly, sandwiched in between Clint and Bruce. You've noticed that those two don't sleep very often anyway.

You close your eyes and sigh happily. This is one of the moments when being an Avenger really makes you feel like you are part of a new family.
