There's no telly at the flat
There's many stories where John and Sherlock are watching telly (Doctor Who, or whatever the author fancy). However, as far as I remember, nowhere in the show the pair is show watching television. In the Pilot (first version on the first episoder) there wasn't even a telly at their flat...
That inspired my to write this drable...
John looks first time around the flat, he sees that there's no telly at the flat.
It doesn't matter, he doesn't need it.
.
John comes exhausted from the chase and work. He would love to watch crap telly, but there's no telly on the flat.
Doesn't matter, he falls asleep on the spot in his chair.
.
John would like to see some films, he complains that there's no telly at the flat.
It doesn't matter, they watch James Bond on-line.
.
When Sherlock once again fall to recognize a TV celebrity, because there's no telly at the flat. So he decides to buy a TV (and that's John birthday has nothing to it).
It matters, because John is happy. There's telly at the flat.
.
The telly is already four weeks on the flat, but between his work and helping Sherlock he doesn't have time to put it on. The spy try to take the informations from the flat under a gun. John saves Sherlock, but a bullet gets through the telly.
.
Mycroft recompenses by buying a new TV.
It doesn't matter, because living with Sherlock is like living in a movie, so who need to watch the telly?
